Outsourced UK payroll
We provide a comprehensive outsourced UK payroll service that takes care of all the bureaucracy and paperwork involved in paying staff, even in the case of a small company with a single employee. Our service is completely paperless, with all documentation supplied by email and all HMRC returns filed online. Our service comprises:
- Weekly or monthly payslips
- All relevant payroll reports for booking in our client’s accounting system
- Notification of how much tax and national insurance to pay to HMRC Accounts Office
- Online filing of employee joiner and leaver notifications (P45 and P46 returns)
- Online filing of all HMRC annual payroll returns including the annual payroll summary P35 and employee benefit in kind P11D returns.
All clients have to do is to pay to employees their net pay and pay monthly or quarterly PAYE to HMRC.
One additional service we provide to personal service companies is the calculation of the deemed salary under the so-called IR35 rules for inclusion in the annual payroll return.
